This energizing, full-body workout combines mindful movement, core-focused exercises, and controlled breathing to leave you feeling stronger, balanced, and refreshed. All ages and abilities welcome!
After class, each participant receives a refreshing glass of California Pomegranate Honey Hibiscus Cooler or a sparkling mead beverage.
Bring your yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes. If the weather is too cool or too hot, we’ll practice indoors, among the honey drums.
